est une m\u00e9thode d\u2019\u00e9valuation des impacts environnementaux d\u2019un b\u00e2timent sur l\u2019ensemble de son existence : de la conception jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la gestion de sa fin de vie.<\/p><p>Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une m\u00e9thode scientifique qui permet la comparaison d\u2019alternatives \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une approche quantitative.<\/p><ul><li>Normalis\u00e9e (qui consiste \u00e0 \u00e9valuer les impacts environnementaux d\u2019un syst\u00e8me sur un p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre donn\u00e9 (NF EN ISO 14040))<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Multicrit\u00e8re<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Quantitative<\/li><\/ul><div>\u00a0<\/div><p>Au final, l\u2019ACV b\u00e2timent a pour objet de quantifier les flux d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie, de mati\u00e8re et d&rsquo;eau, entrants ou sortants, et ce pour chaque \u00e9tape du cycle de vie du b\u00e2timent, et de traduire leur impact sur l&rsquo;environnement \u00e0 travers diff\u00e9rentes cat\u00e9gories d&rsquo;impact (comme le changement climatique, l&rsquo;\u00e9puisement des ressources ou l&rsquo;acidification des domaines: l&rsquo;un concerne la fabrication de composants et l&rsquo;autre l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation du sc\u00e9nario complet de conception du b\u00e2timent.<\/p><p>Il s&rsquo;agit de prendre en compte les quantit\u00e9s de mat\u00e9riaux utilis\u00e9s, les choix de conception architecturale effectu\u00e9s, etc.17 f\u00e9vr. 2021.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div compte dans le cadre de l\u2019ACV d\u2019un b\u00e2timent ?\n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6ec24ac elementor-widget class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>L\u2019ACV B\u00e2timent a pour principe de prendre en compte l\u2019ensemble des \u00e9tapes impliqu\u00e9es dans le cadre d\u2019un projet de construction. Elle commence par l\u2019extraction des mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 la production des produits de construction, et s\u2019ach\u00e8ve par la fin de vie du b\u00e2timent.<\/p><p>Entre ces deux \u00e9tapes, elle comprend l\u2019ensemble des phases interm\u00e9diaires : traitement des d\u00e9chets, exploitation, impacts li\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019acheminement des composants, etc.<\/p><p>Dans le d\u00e9tail, il est possible de d\u00e9composer cette analyse du cycle de vie en 5 grandes \u00e9tapes :<\/p><p>\u00a0 <\/p><ol><li>Production (A1-A3) : Acquisition des mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res, transport vers l\u2019usine de transformation et fabrication du produit manufactur\u00e9<\/li><li>Construction (A4-A5) : Transport du produit vers le chantier, processus de construction et d\u2019installation des mat\u00e9riaux et produits finis lors du chantier de construction<\/li><li>Utilisation (B1-B7) : Toute la vie en \u0153uvre du b\u00e2timent, cela inclus : l\u2019utilisation, la maintenance, la r\u00e9paration, le remplacement des mat\u00e9riaux et produits finis, les consommations d\u2019\u00e9nergie et d\u2019eau pendant l\u2019utilisation du b\u00e2timent<\/li><li>Fin de vie (C1-C4) : D\u00e9construction de l\u2019ouvrage, transport vers le lieu de valorisation ou d\u2019\u00e9limination, traitement et \u00e9limination des mat\u00e9riaux et produits finis.<\/li><li>B\u00e9n\u00e9fices et charges au-del\u00e0 du cycle de vie (D): que devient le produit apr\u00e8s sa fin de vie ? Pour r\u00e9aliser une Analyse du Cycle il faut :<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><ol><li>Dans un premier temps d\u00e9finir le p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre et les objectifs de l\u2019\u00e9tude,<\/li><li>R\u00e9aliser et europ\u00e9enne reposant sur l&rsquo;ACV et d&rsquo;autres informations environnementales quantifi\u00e9es.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
